How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization (RA)

Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Write the RA number clearly on your return package.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned unused, with all original tags attached, in the original packaging. Bags showing signs of wear, such as scratches, blemishes, or odors, cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund(If Eligible) and place a new order. Contact customer support Support@luxily.online for more details.
